Melon icecream

INGREDIENTS

200 ml of milk

150 ml of fresh cream

400 g of melon pulp

120 g of sugar

PREPARATION

Pour the cream, milk and sugar into a pot, bring to a simmer and as soon as reaches a boil, turn off the heat, move the pot and pour a part of the mixture on the melon pulp, that you have previously blended.
If the melon has released too much liquid, try to remove it, otherwise the ice cream will be very soft.
Once the mixture has been added to the pulp, blend and leave to cool completely.
At this point, transfer the mixture in the refrigerator for a few hours; the mixture for the melon ice cream must be very cold.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and after about 30 minutes you will get the ice cream.
